Embodied AI learns and acts through a body, physical or simulated, interacting with an environment and getting feedback. The idea is that grounding intelligence in action may help it understand the world better. Research uses simulated worlds and real robots.
It is a path toward AI that can do useful physical tasks, not just process text.
